Additivi alimentari


Facendo la spesa mi sono trovato di fronte ad un pacco di gamberetti surgelati, e nella lista degli ingredienti vi ho trovato : E 223 nuoce gravemente all' attenzione dei bambini.

  1. Ottimo posto molto utile per sapere le schifezze che mangiamo... Soprattutto per poter scegliere almeno di comprare quello che fa meno male. Inutile dire che sarebbe sempre meglio comprare roba fresca e non congelata o conservata in modi strani, occhio alle bibite perche la peggio roba la mettono proprio li, ma soprattutto x chi ne ha la possibilita prodursi quello che si puo in casa, come nell'orto. Roba molto piu buona e salutare, soprattutto per i bambini, cucinare dolci, pasta, biscotti e tutto quello che si puo in casa, e evitare di somministrarci un numero altissimo di conservanti e coloranti che non possono fare altro che farci male.
    Un augurio di buon compleanno al creatore di questo blog, nonke mio fratello, simone, per i suoi 30 anni!!!

  2. Grazie! Comunque hai ragione! Pensa che ho scoperto che il prosciutto che compro da anni Gli mettono il nitrato di sodio E 251 classificato con una D! E non lo sapevo...

  3. Azz!! Ho dato un okkiata in frigo... Il mio prosciutto contiene E301 e E250... Classificati A e D... Porca vacca... Ci dovremmo prendere tipo 2 giorni x fare la spesa e controllare tutte le etichette!!
